The Lead Consultant, Paul Cooke is an experienced and professionally accredited Project / Programme Manager who has previously worked in Danske Bank Development, National Australia Group and Northern Bank.

Paul has previous experience of successfully implementing business strategies and has also delivered a wide range of legislative and revenue generating business and technology projects / programmes. This includes the recent award winning migration of Danske Bank systems to Northern Bank and National Irish Bank.

Paul is a Certificated Project Manager (CPM) within the Association of Project Management (APM) and is an Executive Committee member of the APM Branch in Northern Ireland.
